First Wednesdays at the AIA Philadelphia Center for Architecture

Keep that New Year’s resolution to get your AIA credits early this year by attending the First Wednesday programs every month at the Philadelphia AIA’s Center for Architecture. All programs earn 1.0 HSW Learning Unit. They begin at noon and run until 1pm. If you’re not an AIA member but still need credits to maintain your architecture or engineering certification, you will receive a certificate to submit for credits on your own. Registration is free, but please RSVP by replying to this email, so we can have an accurate count for materials and lunch.

Thermal loss and moisture damage are key issues in commercial construction. Learn the physical forces acting against buildings and the essentials of good design practice. R, k, U, infiltration and exfiltration and other concepts are explained.
